Margie has been great! She and her team have been so very accommodating and helpful during our family's transition to the Memphis area. The initial cold call I made to her agency from out of state was greeted with warmth and true southern hospitality! It has been like working with a long lost relative with her quickness to get us answers and making sure we aren't taken advantage of in the home buying process. She is great at working deals remotely as well. I would recommend Margie to anyone moving to the North Mississippi/Memphis TN area to help your transition go much more smoothly!

Margie Mays

We could not have asked for a better realtor or advocate than Margie! She was fantastic. We have moved 10 times now and feel pretty knowledgeable but came into a very hot and tough market in Memphis and Olive Branch. Margie helped us so much with her proactivity and the confidence she placed in us. She knows the market like no other, and helped isabe patient and calm when that was what was most needed. She led us and was a real advocate and partner to help us find a wonderful home in Windstone. We were so Blessed to have connected with Margie, she was patient with us over a long relocation process, which she Is an expert as relocation that is. Donnie Chambliss

Donnie and Margie were very helpful. They were not pushy and only showed us what we told them we would be interested in. They helped us get our utilities set up when we didn't have time to leave from work to do so. Margie even drove out of town to make sure everyone had access to get the paperwork completed.
